MISSION
The Military and Police Jurisdiction is the exceptional and independent jurisdiction, which has the mission of prosecution of crimes incurred by the military and police personnel on active duty under Code of Military Police Justice, which constitutes the instance of protection and fulfilling the constitutional purposes of the Armed Forces and National Police, helping to maintain order and discipline among its members, according with the articles 139 numeral 1) and 173 of the Constitution of Peru. VISION Being an entity that provides Military Police Justice independently, and transparently adapting quickly to changes in new models of governance, with trained and motivated staff to make decision according to existing legislation to solve fairly function crimes, and have modern and functional facilities, endowed with equipment and technology.
