  • FIFTH INTERNATIONAL MEETING OF HUMANITARIAN AND MILITARY RIGHTS

    Summit of military justice institutions, lawyers, judges and specialists in Military and Police Justice. Organized by the International Association of Military Justices (AIJM) and Military and Police Jurisdiction of Peru. The meeting Will be held in Lima from 26 to 28 April 2011.

  • WHAT IS THE MILITARY AND POLICE JURISDICTION?

    The Military and Police Jurisdiction is the judicial stage that guarantees discipline and compliance with the exceptional rules that govern the professional behavior of the armed and police force members of Peru. Their existence and duties as the basic legal entity in the military and police forces are established in the Peruvian Constitution.

  • THE MILITARY AND POLICE JURISDICTION AND THE PERUVIAN CONSTITUTION

    The Military Justice is recognized by the Peruvian Constitution as an exceptional jurisdiction that acts within the Defense and National Security System of Peru. The Peruvian Constitution established the armed forces to guarantee the independence, sovereighty and territorial integrity of the Republic.

  • THE ROLE OF MILITARY AND POLICE JUSTICE IN PERU

    As the president of the Military and Police Supreme Court, I take it as my charge to preserve the validity of this well, establish system of justice in order to maintain the moral quality and good order of our armed and police forces.
